My sister recommended this product as I was having mini panic attacks when trying to fall asleep. Long story short, I just found out I have low progesterone (a key hormone is relaxation and low levels often allows anxiety to creep in when you've never had it before...among other things) Showed this product to my dr and she said absolutely continue to use it while I navigate balancing out my hormones via synthetic progesterone. She said it has all the right stuff and none of the bad to help my body relax at bedtime. After 1 month of continuous use about 1hr before bed I do find myself sleeping better, dreaming, not groggy in the a.m. The panic attacks either dont occure or are very mind and i can ease through them. I still get a couple nights a month where its 1-2am before i fall asleep, but when I do I dont wake until morning. The cherry flavor is great cold and mixes well.
